Ammendment in sma

respected lawyers,

can you tell or send me link of ammendments came in sma,1955 for mutual consent divorce...

i heard that now in case of MCD, it is madatory for both husband & wife to stay together for 6 months in the cooling period i.e. period between 1st motion & 2nd motion...

i m confuse..plz help & suggest

Stay apart and not together.

There is no amendment to this effect.

Only to confirm in those six months, they cannot live together.

In any case, if they both could stay together, why would they ask for divorce.
