please tell me the procedure for purchase the land . what step keep in mind during purchase . FOR CONFIRMATION OF LAND HOW I REALISE THE LAND IS CORRECT . NOT ANY ONE HAS RIGHT FOR CLAIM .

for purchasing a land u can keep in mind the following things: 1. firstly, u must check mutation record for last 15 years..(normally one is for 5 year). here u will get the name and other details of the real owner of the property. 2. check for the previous sale deed. 3. u can enquire about that land from the people near that land..
Procedure: 1. after checkin the details of the owner.. u can have agreement to sale/ sale in the office of Tehsildar of your area

I agree with Jain, apart from this you have to make the paper publication calling the objections from the public, if any body has got any objections for your purchase, to avoid the future consequences.
