Grandfather sold land in 1976. while collecting various document, I have found difference in Name and Ares.
Name on Sale Permission and Sale Agreement and 7/12 is Differ. Area as per Sale Permission and Sale Agreement Differ. Area as per Sale Agreement and 7/12 differ.
Please let me know is this Sale Agreement is valid Agreement ?
Can I Challenge this sale Agreement in court ? if yes the guide me in which court.

This deep question cannot be replied in simple language of yes or no without going deeply in the relevant documents.
The way of going through those documents by a lay man and lawman shall be definitely different so show all those documents to a lawyer and seek his opinion and accordingly move ahead.
Generally sale agreement loses its life on the execution of the sale deed.
