Mortgage transfer noc from cidco

Hi,
I am in a process of buying a resale property in Navi Mumbai Kharghar.I am seeking a housing loan from LIC housing finace. The are asking me to provide them with Mortgage transfer NOC frm CIDCO. The seller is not aware of this and the society is not yet formed. Can any one please help me in this regard. How can i get it and whts the procedure

There are thousands of cidco flats, and 50% must have obtained Loan.
Agents or Bank Lon will do it fast and effective. They know best procedures. Let them handle.
or contact those who recd loans .

You shall have to fulfil the condition of creditor or change the financier.

I agree with Mr Raj Kumar Makkad... i need to comply by the requirement of LIC..however my question is how can i get this document (CIDCO Maortgage Transfer/ CIDCO transfer NOC) what the procedure. Can i apply and get it frm CIDCO.... kindly assist
