sd is for doc, regn is usually 1% of mkt value
It differ statewise, so
contct raj adv.

Yesterday you talked to me on phone, & i expl you, get registered POA, ur local adv raj state will do the rest.

Registration charges are entirely different than stamp duty. Stamps are afixed over the deed whereas charges are charged by State when the registration of the deed is made.

It shall be better for you to enquire from the local office of the registrar about the stamp duty and registration charges keeping in view the value of the property.
