What about income tax F/16 for four years?

How you were paid?

What prooof is there that you were on salary?

What was your job profile. If you can be covered within the definition of workman than file a case of unfair labour practice before labour court

yes, what was your nature of job, forum can be decided only after knowing the same. so far as demand of your claims are concerned, appointment letter is not required, there several other evidences, which may prove your employments.
