Charitable trust

Dear Experts,

I want to know that if any one open a educational trust and he also use name XYZ educational charitable Trust. Is any losses or benefits for use the name charitable. Although he(they) are not taking any charity for opening this trust.

There is no harm to use this name even though no charity has been claimed. The provision can be used at any time in future. It would have been objectionable if without having character of chariable, any trust would have collected charity.
