In between he filed a suit 41 D before c.c. for non-calling of executive body meeting. Charity commissioner rejected his request application. As per bye-laws general election has been and for the approval of elected body the change report has submitted to the c.c.But said trustees (resign trustee) put up his objection on regular election. Please tell me what will be the result?

You shall have to submit the relevant record of the trust including the resignation of that trustee and the acceptance of the same with further proceeding so that he may be falsified and may be shunted out as not approached with clean hands.
