Hi All,

In case of some government authority like VC/COE (Controller of examination) of university if do not react on suicide attempt letter of a student, does it become an act of violation of some act/article in constitution ?

Actually university was not declaring few result awaited since a long time, after communicating plenty of times in every manner at every level in hierarchy and after the clear cut deny from Controller of examination for providing him the required results, student given a suicide attempt mail to VC and director of institution.Even after that VC just forwarded the mail to COE without writing a single alphabet in mail i.e. just forwarding mail to COE personal email id/not official.

I would like to know that is it become violation of some act/article/rule of constitution, if yes please tell which is this ?

Attempt to suicide is a punishable offence india and the same is illegal.
Threatening with suicide to get something dine is not at all supported by law.
They have not committed anuy wrong by ignoring the suicide threat.
If you are fed up of the attitude of the authorities, then you can take legal action against the authorities.
consult a lawyer and send a notice through him. Even if the notice fails to give any result, you can approch the court of law
