What is the procedure to start a law firm?
Where should we register for that?

Two or more advocates can established a law firm and it should be registered at registrar of firms.

an advocate can also make a law firm.
no need for a partner.
but associates made more then two advs.
sale tex and income tex redg.is requir.
redg. from registrar office is not require.
summeit your firm name vakalatnama before the court.
that is the procedure to intimate law firm before the Court.

writing of enrolment no of advocates on vakalatnama is necessary. is it so that advocate accepts vakalatnama on behalf of firm and writes his name and enrolment no, and firm name is only for the purposes of publishing it the in cause list ?
would any member kindly post a sample vakalatnama of a law firm !
