the grah nirmaan society president registered the document to their members but after 4 years later court ordered the period in which the president registered the document as illegal please tell me wheather the document registered can also be null and void

Registration ENSURE THE CONTRACT WAS SIGNED BY AND BETWEEN THE PARTIES. ITBIS RIGHT IN REM. However, the correctness can be chelenged, and if the Seller had no right for whatsoever reason, mis-representation, a Party havng it's right was hidden, not mentioned or lunatic at the time f registration, or any other reason, court consider relevant, the Registered Doc can be void.

the court is the ultimate authority on the registered documents. in the maxim nemo dat quid non habet is correctly applied here as per court order. So all the transfers are null and void
