In the hrp suit, small cause court pass order in favour of landlord,and the landlord also file a Darkhast for decree warrant for take a peaceful possession of the suit property. now the render has any option to stop it? under which act and which section the render can file a appeal? and in which court is appellate court for this? judgement passed in HRP suit by small cause court Ahmedbad,gujarat.
