dear experts,

i would like to fight with NATO country because the country fighting to gulf country for oil only to get, so in this i filed to world court, so i need help to file procedure and format and world court address, i before file petition on the court i will get indian govt permission if yes to whom authorised person for in this.

International Court is situated in Hague and you are advised to open its official website wherein whole procedure has been laid down. You need permission of MEA.
