What provisions need to be incorporated in a Relinquishment Deed, so that it cannot be challenged before a court?

Secondly: Always get the relinquishment deed with consideration clause. Makes it almost impossible for the released party to ask for any share in the property later.

No condition can make a deed immune from challenges in the court of law.
