I want to know does a wife entitle to monthly expenses and share from husband's property ( after divorce) if she is on govt job herself.

how much is the husband earning?

whether at time of divorce any orders were passed for maintenance?

generally if wife is earning well she cannot claim from her ex husband

I totally agree with sailesh and ajay. She is not entitled to get maintenence if she had sufficient income to maintain herself and she can't get any share in husband property.

If she has "sufficient" means, she is not entitled for any alimony or maintenance.
