Dear Sir

1.What is the status of the Khader Land along the Noida-Greater Noida expressway near sec 135.
2.Can i buy an Agricultural Land near sec 135 noida in the yamuna khader area being projected as farmhouses by DPL Farms and Builders in the name of flora farms.
3.What documents to be checked before buying any land in the above mentioned area and how to checkthem.

1.Search report from Sub-Registrar office upto 13 years;
2.Check Khautani since 1359 Fasli to 1418 Fasli;
3.Take family Tree;
4.Take Khasara and Khautani;
5.Engage local hire.
