Is there any high court or supreme court judgment with respect to whether Insurance Co can withhold the accepted liability under protest. I have accepted the claim under protest & Insurance Co. has refused to pay the claim since I have not discharged clean voucher.

I you have any protest,you can file case in Consumer redress al Forum of your District.

Lots of judgements are there regarding the Insurance claims.
