Dear Mr.Prashant,
What is your problem? Earlier you asked a query about punishment with cumulative effect under http://www.lawyersclubindia.com/experts/Punishment-stoppage-of-03-incerement-with-cumulative-effect--226116.asp
which was answered. There itself, the effect of non-cumultive effect was also given.

Therefore, why are you again posting the query, that too in a fresh thread? What is your idea?

Please do not think that by repeating the query in separate thread you will get any answer that is to your liking.

Dear Prashant,

No objection in providing solution to your problem, but as pointed out by Mr. Ramachandran, your previous question was about stoppage of inctrements with cumulative effect, but now you have come up with just reverse type of question. So, his intenion seems to be just to make you aware that unless you post your real problem to which your question is related, any reply for you may not serve your purpose with particular reference to the real problem.

However, the term "without cumulative effect" denotes the sense that the same would not effect beyond the initial period of 3 years in any way for due increments or other service benefits, except for the specified period of 3 years.
