Dear Sir, my name is J. Srinivas I am a junior Advocate, i got a client, who is ready to keep I.P. Wht r the necassary steps i need to take as an advocate to keep I.P. Please guide me, if u have any format to file I.P. in court. Is it possible to keep I.P. in metropolitan Court or should i have file petition in District court only. Please guide me.

You have to file it in Dist., court. Your client should not have any properties or he should not have any income source.
