Dear Sir
I am staying abroad for long and during my absence I have found that my flat was given without my knowledge and without my consent to some person by my relatives. Upon my raising objection, flat was vacated and I took possession of the said flat. On getting possession of my flat I found that all the furniture from my flat was removed also my personal and most important documents such as my Income tax documents, Bank pass book and documents, Ration Card, Domicile certificate of the state, School Report card, Certificates, previous Employment papers were also not there.
As I had to return back immediately to my work place I didn’t have time to investigate the matter. I am planning to visit India in next couple of months and find more about my furniture which must be valued around 6 Lakh and to regain my important documents.
I am aware all this miss-deeds is the work of our close relatives. They have misguided my mother who is 80years and is responsible for removal of furniture from flat and used the funds gained from the disposal of this furniture. I hope seek legal advice and also protection for myself for this matter.
Kindly advice.
Thanking you in anticipation
Yours faithfully
