Proprietory firm can be open by lawyers

Sir,
I am individual practicing advocate, I would like to give name e.g. Gandhi & Associates or Chirayu Gandhi & Co. in proprietary ship firm, can individual advocate open proprietary firm?

No Sir,No law firm only proprietory firm.
I doing practice in taxation with my induvidual name i dont have any partner so i asked that can i give name to my practice e.g. Chirayu Gandhi & Co. or Gandhi & Associates, in this name i will practice individual but i would like to give name to my practice hence i asked that an advocate can give this type name individual practice??

For taxation practice no body will object and even bother BUT for legal practice rules are framed under Advocates act even by High courts in this matter.
