my maine question is,if person acquited in revision then what is the course of action available to state & private party.
G. ARAVINTHAN (Expert) 03 August 2011
where from the Revision order?

if from Sessions, you need to invoke Sec 482 before High Court.

If from High Court, you need to approach Apex Court

482 is the remedy but can writ be also

State as well as complainant may file revision against the judgment passed by sessions court acquitting an accused.

I agree with Mr. Aravinthan and mR. Makkad.
