Benefits from forigen company by x-emp???

Dear Ld Members,

One of our colleague is N.R.E from Italian Company.

He met with an accident on-shore and later bed returned for 1 month

Then he returned back to India took rest for anonther 6 months.

Later he did not join the company but the visa[given by Company] and passport are live.

Que'n:
After 5 years, now, can he get any any of his benefits missed out or not? as an x-emp of the compnay

Please let me know the process to
proceed further

Make a representation to the company and wait for their response. Noting concrete can be opined without having knowledge of the contents of agreement of service.
