Title Issue

I have purchased one acre land in December 1984,and I obtained lay out approval from Gram Panchayath at that time the land which I purchased falls under Gram Panchayath and other than Gram panchayath no authority for approvals.I have Panchayath official receipt also. This status will it help me for title issues. Please assist.

your query is not clear. have you not purchased it through a registered sale deed
from owner paying consideration.It is the sale deed that law knows as a title deed,other things are legal formalities of your purpose.

Title to landed property emanates from the Registered DEED of sale only & not from any Gram panchayath.
