SIR MY QUESTION IS THAT , I HAVE A DEGREE OF LAW. A PERSON COMES TO ME AND ASK TO PUBLISH A LEGAL NOTICE IN THE NEWS PAPER.HE IS SO CLOSE TO ME .I KNOW HIM WELL AND HIS LAND PROBLEM.BUT I WORK IN THE BANK NOW. IF I PUBLISH LEGAL NOTICE IN THE NEWS PAPER.OR PLS TELL , IF DEGREE OF LAW IS NECESSARY TO PUBLISH LEGAL NOTICE FOR LAND??

You may have degree in Law. But you not an Advocate. If any notice is to be issued whether public or private the person concerned may issue. But you only a law graduate, but not "An Advocate" cannot issue the notice on behalf of anybody.

Yes, you can not publish a notice in the capacity of an Advocate, though you very well publish notice on behalf of your employer.
