sir,
I am a muslim girl and my dad who is earning good pay. He left us without any maintenance and nothing for my studies and marriage.So can i ask money for my studies and marriage and we already filed a maintenance case but he is not paying us full amount in this case can i ask for my marriage

You ca ask for your maintenance till you get married.

YES YOU HAVE A RIGHT TO ASK MAINTENANCE FROM YOUR FATHER TILL YOU RE MARRIED. FOR YOUR MARRIAGE YOU CAN ASK EXPENSES.
