i want to know the complete procedure for agriculture land into non agriculture land like its cost and procedure to do the same.

There is a set procedure for the purpose and you can obtain details from the Municipal zone relevant to the property. You will need to file an application with the Authorities along with prescribed fees and ownership documents. NOCs from various services depts such as electricity board, water supply, house tax dept etc, etc for the purpose.
