having some' properties through will written by grandfather(mother's father).My mother can write a will what she can like.(More'share'to'my

The property passed on by your maternal grandfather to your mother, is treated as and becomes her self acquired property and hence she has complete authority to distribute the property in her own sweet way. No body can challenge her right.
