two suggestions for you...

dismissed in liminie is not just confined to criminal law...it will be better first to understand the meaning of this expression from a good legal library.

for extra judicial confession take some digest or commentary on Evidence Act....u ll find a lot of judgments under the head Extra Judicial Confession.
