Dear Experts,

Whether the Property purchased from Tamil Nadu Housing Board can be sold to a third person? If so what are the conditions we have to follow.

Whether obtaining Encumbrance Certificate for the TNHB is mandatory.

if your having tnhb property at the time of get the property they will give some terms and conditions, if fulfill the condition thereafter you can sale.

The TNHB flat can be sold as per the terms of the TNHB. See the conditions in your sale deed.

If you have obtained the sale deed in your name, you can sell it.Mere allotment and payment of the cost is not sufficient to get a legal title.
