My mother is subject to Family Pension from Berhampur Division, Orissa. My father passed on 9th June 2009. I have applied to M/S HAL Koraput Division, Orissa where my father worked for 33 years & 6 months. I have applied all the documents and papers since 6 months to M/S HAL. Till now no action has been taken & i am not sure what to do next. Please help.

Dear Sir,
I reference to your advice, now I have received the Pension Ac no. i.e. OR-685-2004 and letter no. HAL-ENG(KPT-EPF-C-14-2010-11-4643) from the concerned HAL authorities.
Further, I have also registered a grievance (on 15th July 2011) with the EPFiGMS vide Registration number SROBM/E/2011/00060.
The concerned officer's name is Mr.RABINDRA SAMAL from EPFO, SRO, Berhampur, Orissa.
