we have a plot on name of my father which was transfered by conveyance deed registered in 1982 and in favour of me in front of sub-registrar now my brother made a police complaint that the deed was wrongly registered.and now my brother puts pressure on the witness X of the conveyance deed with the help of police officers.Sir , please give me some help that even the conveyance deed was registered in front of sub-registrar and now if the witness X of the conveyance deed doesn't give his statement in favour of me then the police authorities will be able to register a case on me or not.

I HAVE ALREADY ANSWERED YET YOU REPEATED IT. "MANAGE IT SO THAT 30 YEARS GET COMPLETED TO YOUR DEED,AND THEN FILE A SUIT OF INJUNCTION AGAINST YOUR BROTHER,AT THEN COURT WILL RAISE A PRESUMPTION OF CORRECTNESS OF YOUR DEED EVEN WITHOUT WITNESS. POLICE HAS NO ROLE TO PLAY AS YOUR MATTER IS OF CIVIL NATURE,YOU NEED NOT WORRY UNLESS YOUR FATHER WAS IMPERSONATED BY SOME ONE ELSE."

Police can do anything ! There is dearth of honest police officers. If you wish you also would be able manage the police officers! Basically, if the deed was registered in 1982, a delayed FIR has a little value.
