VERIFICATION OF SIGNATURE HANDWRITING.

Dear Sir,

I am practically handling the case where the jugde want the reason why we should not allow the laminated cheque not to be sent to the handwriting expert for signature and handwriting verification.
So,Please provide me the reasons or the section reference which i can put into my answer.

If signature or handwriting is in dispute, it is always desirable to send it to the Handwriting Expert. If anybody wants to oppose, he should justify! What is wrong in sending the document to expert?

IF "lamination"IS THE REASON OF OBJECTION YOU CAN LET COURT UNDERSTAND THAT IT CAN BE OPENED.
