sir ,
to purchase the revenue sites what are the precaution i have to take,

i am interested to purchase the site in banglaore , site status is revenue ,

can revenue sites be registed ,owner is saying he we make registration work ,

should it mandatory to take BDA NOC ,

can it possible to use that site for residential purpose with government permission

please inform me

Categarisation of the land as Revenue indicates that the land belongs to the Govt. Check up the title deed and extracts of the 7/12 statement issued by the Talati/ Tehsildar. They will reveal the nature of the Land holding. If it does not, better consult the Collector's Office to know the restricitons on the sale and user of the land.
