A person illitrate cheated by another.A will was prepared & put fake thumb impression & then made registry on his name.what illitrate person has right against cheater? this act was done in the year of 2000.plz provide me full detail of civil & criminal action against cheater.

the person,the actual owner,should lodge an FIR in P.S.having jurisdiction,and should file a suit of cancellation of the document creating a cloud on his title.

A suit for declaration that the Will is forged one and it is null, void and illegal can be filed. That will be costly and time consuming. I think a simple paper declaration about the forged will would be enough. apart from that you can make a Will now and register it. That will solve the issue.
