I would like to know
1. If I am having 4 EMis pending and approach the bank with one EMI - CAN THE BANK REJECT THE MONEY.

may reject for due's, you must completed the dues then give loan.

I Deposited a cheque and it got cleared.

Generally the Bank will insist for payment of 4 EMIs at once - But the Bank must receive the amount of 1-EMI and can also insist for payment of other 3-EMIs over due !
