Sir,
My nephew has got summon of sec;107 of IPC, I hope he will get bail subsequently but my main problem is that I want omit/deleted his name from the local P.S.is it possible sir ?
please suggest

THOUGH 107 CASE IS NOT SERIOUS BUT STILL YOU MAY FILE WRIT PETITION FOR QUASHING THE SAID FALSE CASE AGAINST HIM AS IT WILL PREVENT ANY FURTHER HARASSMENT IN FUTURE.GOOD LUCK.

No bail is required for 107 case though he may need to furnish one written personal bond.
