File a suit for partition and along with that your counsel will file an application for grant of interim relief, that will not only protect your rights but you will get your property partitioned in meets and bounds.

YOU MAY FILE A CIVIL SUIT FOR PARTITION AND ALSO FOR INTERIUM INJUNCTION TO PREVENT THE SAID PERSON FROM TRANSFERING THE SAID PROPERTY.GOOD LUCK.
Advocate Bhartesh goyal (Expert) 28 March 2011
File a partition suit along with temporary injunction application and get restrained your co-owner by court not to transfer the property in dispute.
