SC says, the only rights remains with the builder to sell unsold flats after the registration of the society.
In my society Out of 70 stilt parking 38 having 38 stilts (one each) and 16 having 32 Members rent Stlt Pakg on L&L without agreement and registration. Some having two stilt parking with one vehicle, kept 2nd stilt unused.

Dear Suhail,
I hope this question continues from a previous one.
If you still believes that the judgement in other case shall favour your case, you can refer this.
The data given by you are comparable and can be applicable in both the cases.
I feel it is similar in all aspects, however, I fear to tell any further advice without going thru the full text of the judgment.
