Can petitioner challenge choice of hospital in application for medical checkup?

I,respondent, want to file an application in family court for my medical checkup in a particular hospital. At present the evidence session is going on. Can petitioner challenge my choice of hospital or doctor in application and insist for appointment of medical board? Is it possible to file such application only on date of hearing?

yes you can file an application for the check up by a particular doctor who is available at the same hospital and not to the hospital directly.
