1) What do u mean by spses succession ?
2)I Have heard that person cannot sale a flat or any commerical premises or shop in 1 year for the date of it purchase.
Eg: If A has purchased the shop, flat, or any commerical premises on 1/1/2010 than he can't sale till 1/1/2011 .
As per which section or case law(s) in Bombay or Mahrashtra.
3)Pls provide me the case laws which say silence is a fraud as per the IPC & contract, act 1872. The Whole text of it pls.

Al these are amply provided in any standard book on this subject. It is surprising that you instead of taking pain to read the books keep posting these school level questions here.

So Sorry But as i have not found the answer so i have posted the query in this forum that's all. I dont have any habit to posted like this type of query. OK
SO PLS JURIST ANY ONE WHO WANTS TO ANSWER THE QUERY RELATED ANSWER CAN ANSWER ME & NOTHING ELSE WHICH IS USELESS & NOT UPTO THE QUERY. OK. VERY VERY KIND REQUEST.
I AM TRUE HEARTEDLY SORRY TO WRITE THE ABOVEMENTIONED BUT WHAT TO DO BECASUE SOME GOOD ANSWER I USED GET FOR THE QUERY I USED TO POSTED IN THIS FORUM .
