in service society, society can pass resolution any member sale their property take prior writing permission in president than after sale, this type of resolution should be valid

Are you calling a housing Society as service society? If not,a service Society which is formed for rendering specified services cannot pass any resolution referred by you.

The standard Bye laws of Housing Societies contain a provision that a member should obtain NOC from the Society before selling his flat in the Building. This is the position in the State Maharashtra. Pl check the position in the bye laws of the society u are referring.

in gujarat,some service society pass this type of resolution and than create problem with member,service society can give share certificate to member and allotment letter
