this subject deals with hyderabad ghmc town planning G.O. which exempts the owner of 100yards and below to take permission from the municipal body and also relaxes certain deviations and setbacks. if anyone can help me by letting me know the G.O. NO and detail.
please give me the g.o.no i have to file in the court regarding the case urgently. please help me

You may apply under RTI Act for copy of the GO to the GHMC. they have to furnish the informatin within 15 days of the application.
