Hi,
I am living in my father's house, which is alloted to him by the MCD in the slum act by paying the license fee.
My relations with my father have worsened up because of my brother who drinks allot. My Father wants to give the whole house to him and wants me to leave the house.
I have paid the whole cost for the construction of the house.
And i am living in a separate floor and i am living on the same floor for the past 25 years.
So can he force me to vacate the house?
and can i claim my share in the property and can he do the will for the property of which he has just paid the license fee.

Though you can ask for the charges incurred towards the development of the property but if your father being a licensee wishes to evict you then unfortunately you have no case to offer any defence.

But in the license document, its mentioned that the house has been alloted to you for stay and the licensee is not the owner and has no right to sell the same.
So is he eligible to do the will for the same?
