can u plz clarify points related to balancesheet in case of EES-2011? can a co. having fixed assets and cash & bank apply under EES?How MCA will treat fixed assets and cash after receiving EES application form?

No a company having any assets including fixed assets and any liabilities cannot apply under EES-2011. In case of further queries you can contact me since I am dealing with cases under EES scheme
