Dear sir,

I am R. Gurucharan, I am getting marriage to the widow. If she is getting any property from the earlier husband. Who is expired. Will it continue to her after i getting marriage or it will stop? What are the formalities i have to take before i proceed with this great venture.

If the properties of her deceased husband already vested in her and she remarry thereafter, she will continue to hold the same even after her second marriage but if it not vested in her and she get marriage before vesting, the properties will go to other legal heirs of her deceased husband.
