i am from haryana state.please tell me to whom an application for Notary lie

If you want to get Notary license from Central Govt. then it should be in the name of Law Ministry, govt. of India, Shashtri Bhawan, 4th floor, New Delhi-1 and if you want to get it from State then address it Legal Remembrancer to State of Haryana, Sector-8, Panchkula (Haryana).
