I would like to make and register a WILL.

Who can help me draft the WILL ?

Which authorities should it be registered with ?

I am staying in Pune.

Please advise the way forward.

You can yourself execute a will.

You can also get help from any advocate of your locality or a deed writer for drafting of a will.

A will is not compulsorily registrable document and it is valid even without registration if executed in presence of two or more witnesses. However, if you want to get it registered, you can get it registered in the office of Sub-Registrar of your area like registration of any other document.

I suggest you to get help of local advocate.
Self executed Wills may make the beneficiaries to land in trouble after ur life time.
