NO PROPERTY OF MOTHER CAN BE ATTACHED U/S 83 Cr.P.C. IT IS A MATTER OF COMMON SENSE THAT THE PROPERTY OF ACCUSED ONLY CAN BE ATTACHED IN CRIMINAL CASE.
