need a BC-Caste Certificate

Hi
I need a BC -A caste certificate for my son, to apply for BC quota in the Engineering admission.
1. We are from Tamil Nadu, having a valid caste certificate in my name .
2. We are staying in Hyderabad for the past 11 years. My son -- has studied in Hyd schools for the last 11 years.
3. His elder sister has got the BC -A certificate from MRO, Kharitabad -- just 2 years back.
4. Recently I applied for my Son -- from MRO, Kharitabad. But his application form is rejected.
My queries :

1. Can my son get his BC-A certificate from MRO, Kharitabad ?. We have all the proof of our staying in Hyd for the past 11 years.
2. Whether AP Govt. will accept the certificate from our native place /Tamil nadu ?

You have not mentioned the reason for rejection of the application in your query

In case, your caste is in the list BC category in AP too, the caste certificate issued from Tamil Nadu will as good as it is issued from AP.

Thanks for the reply. Our caste is NOT in the AP list at all.
1. MRO, Khartiabad have rejected saying , AP Govt., can not issue for students from other states. But we are staying here for the last 11 years. and have all residence proof /own house and school certificates.
Is there any Govt.order/AP -- Caste certificate can not be issued for students like my son. ??
2. If I get a certificate from Tamil Nadu, will AP Govt. accepts ?

On this ground denial of certificate is against the fundamental right of a citizen. Our country does recognize dual citizenship. You may file writ petition seeking mandamus to issue certificate.

Please check your caste is in the central governments list. And get community certificate in accordance with it. If needed you can file a writ petition.
